Description

ERICO’s organic cleaning wheels effectively prepare the rail surface for applying CADWELD exothermic welded bonds. These innovative wheels are self-cleaning and leave no resin on the bonding surface. CADWELD exothermically welded connections bond electrical conductors to the rail without altering the in-service performance characteristics of the rail.

The new ERICO SBG100 cordless rail grinder weighs in at only seven pounds, making it easy to carry to locations where maintenance bonding is needed. This powerful, 18-volt, 6,500-rpm cordless cut-off tool features a three-position side handle for greater comfort and control and a conveniently positioned trigger switch for easier gripping. A metal gear case dissipates heat for longer bearing, gear and motor life.

The grinder comes with a case, two batteries, a one-hour charger, a wrench and ERICO-approved grinding wheels. An optional vehicle charger is available.
