Jiffy Mixer is a true mixer, not a stirrer.
The two vertical blades confine the mixing action within the mixing
head while the horizontal opposed blades force material from the
upper and lower areas of the container inside the head. The leading
edge of the lower horizontal blade will scrape the bottom of the
container to bring all settled particles into the head. The ring prevents damage to
the blades and puncturing of container walls.

Jiffy Mixers operate with both electric
and air-driven chucked power tools. Tools with 450-750 the best rate
of thorough mixing. Permanent installation can be easily accomplished.
Use it to mix:
Adhesives, cement, chemicals, ceramics,
coatings, epoxies, foods, foams, glues, hi-viscosity liquids, mortar,
paint, pharmaceuticals, polyester gel coats, resins, sheetrock mud,
slurry, zinc rich materials or any other "tough to mix"
materials.
