| ROCKGUARD
is a rock shield which protects pipe coatings easily and economically. ROCKGUARD is a composite of
MICROFOAM® polypropylene foam cushioning combined with a layer of
polyethylene. This unique composition provides durable cushioning that remains lightweight
and flexible in almost any temperature. As steel or
plastic pipe is laid, it is wrapped with easy to handle ROCKGUARD. During back-filling,
ROCKGUARD rockshield protects all types of pipes and pipe coatings from damage by rocks,
stones, roots and other debris. The best value in rockshield materials, ROCKGUARD provides
protection at a lower cost than other rockshields. ROCKGUARD has been improved. A thicker
layer of polyethylene provides greater strength. And, increased roll widths enable you to
longitudinally wrap pipes up to 22" in diameter. |

Availability
ROCKGUARD is manufactured in rolls 72" wide. Rolls
offer a minimum length of 100 feet to a maximum length of 200 feet. Available thicknesses
are 5/8", 1/2", 3/8" and 1/4". ROCKGUARD is readily available from
Corrosion Control Products Company.
