Corrosion Control Products Company (CCP) collects client information during the normal course of its business, including names, addresses, phone numbers, mailing and shipping addresses, email addresses, product interests, and credit histories. Clients may include current accounts, past accounts, and potential accounts.

CCP will only use this information in the normal course of its own business and to inform clients about its products and services. CCP may share this information with affiliated companies (such as its sister company Farwest Corrosion Control Company) and with contractors working on its behalf and under its direction. CCP will not divulge, resell, rent or lease client information to third parties, thereby ensuring the privacy of its clients and protecting them from third-party email Spam, mailings, and telemarketing.

CCP or its affiliated companies could merge with or be acquired by another business entity, or some or all of their respective assets could be acquired. If such a combination or acquisition should occur, CCP will make every reasonable effort to notify its clients that information will be shared with the merging or acquiring entity, so that the latter can continue to serve CCP's client base.
